Residence Inn by Marriott Lake Norman

The location was great, but getting there was a nightmare. The traffic was absolutely horrible. Once we got near the hotel it was okay. I thought the room and location were great.

I did not get breakfast at the hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was more than adequate for one person. It was clean and comfortable.

We loved the rooms and the stay. Our room didn’t have a working shower but once we spoke to the front desk, they changed the room with no problem at all.

Really enjoyed this short stay! Staff was so friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, roomy and home like. The hot breakfast was great to wake up to and so many restaurants and shops was in walking range
